Being a finance company and handling customers’ critical private information, we must take responsibility for enacting security measures. Especially now, with the enhanced public awareness regarding protection of private information, we wanted to implement full-scale measures for security as a company.

Now that use of computers has become commonplace and private information is accumulated in various companies, awareness of how to handle that information continues to be raised. Thin clients do not hold storage, therefore they are unable to save data at the terminal , thus leaking of private information does not happen. Also, as terminals do not hold any saved information, there is no concern about becoming infected with spyware or viruses. Easy but high-level countermeasures were attractive

Our company was established in February 2007 and we had just started sales in July. During the establishment of the new company, we wanted to adopt a system that was easy to handle. Our parent company, Promise Co., Ltd. had taken several countermeasures against security such as SSO (Single Sign On), card authentication, finger print authentication, and so forth, but since we still had a small number of people, we wanted to implement something easy to handle without loss in security performance.

It is very convenient to manage internal information such as schedules, emails, walls in a unified way. As a result, it has become easier to manage the internal system by unifying H/W and S/W with Cybozu. It is good that support contact is unified in case something happens." 」
